All our garments are made with care and thoroughly inspected before parcelled and sent to you to guarantee the highest quality possible.

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to issue a return. To be refundable the product must be unworn and unwashed in its original condition with hygiene liners and in its original packaging with hangtags in place. We will not refund shipping charges.

Send an email to hello@seaquelle.com to get our return address and more instructions. We’d love to know the reason for your return.

You are responsible for the cost of the return. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured for your protection in case of loss or damage. If possible, please pack your return in the original package. If not possible – please use packaging that protects the garments.

After your return is received your purchase will be refunded as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the day we received your return.

Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer and charged an additional shipping fee.

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is flawed or defective in any way, please notify us directly so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. For flawed or defective purchased we will refund both the garment and shipping costs (excluding import taxes or other fees out of our control).
